Patch Place is a solo-run business focused on metal band merchandise, offering one of the largest selections of patches and small merch worldwide. Our approach to refunds and returns is direct, honest, and community-minded—no corporate jargon, no hassle.


Returns

  • Returns are rare due to the low value and durable nature of our products.

  • If you receive a defective, out-of-stock, or missing item, let us know within 14 days of delivery.

  • For most issues, you’ll be offered a refund or replacement—no need to send the item back (unless otherwise agreed).

  • Returns for other reasons (e.g., changed mind) are usually not accepted due to shipping costs and low item value.


Refunds

  • Fast and fair: If your item is defective, missing, or out of stock, you get a refund, no questions, no hassle.

  • Refunds are processed within 1–2 workdays to your original payment method.

  • For disputes or chargebacks, we refund immediately (not worth contesting for small orders).


How to Request a Refund or Report an Issue

  • Send us an order message on the order that has an issue.

  • We’ll reply within a couple of hours on workdays (average response: 1 day).

  • Most issues are resolved in the first message with clear next steps.


Special Cases

  • High-profile, loyal, or repeat customers: You might get a little extra (mini patch, button, or discount) as a thank-you for your support.

  • Lost or damaged in transit: Rare, but if it happens, we’ll work with you to make it right.


Final Notes

  • We don’t do pre-orders or returns for limited/anticipated merch.

  • Our goal is to resolve issues fast and keep things fair, no runaround, just honest support.
