Returns are rare due to the low value and durable nature of our products.

If you receive a defective, out-of-stock, or missing item, let us know within 14 days of delivery.

For most issues, you’ll be offered a refund or replacement—no need to send the item back (unless otherwise agreed).

Returns for other reasons (e.g., changed mind) are usually not accepted due to shipping costs and low item value.

For disputes or chargebacks, we refund immediately (not worth contesting for small orders).
